30 day shred - day 3 - someone tell me it gets better

I’m doing level 1 and struggling to not ‘cheat’ and have a few seconds rest. Especially circuit 1. I want to lose about 1 stone but more importantly get to a normal level of fitness where I can enjoy my life without huffing and puffing. Right now all the bits of my wobbly body where the muscles should be are screaming. It gets better though, right?

It does smile but I always needed a rest on that thing when you learn on your feet and hands in an A shape and move your hands forward and backwards along the floor. That KILLED me.
