If you don’t diet at the weekend and end up gaining 4 pounds, is that possible?

Its unlikely to be all fat over a weekend. More likely to be water retention for most of it

yes, but you will lose it again.

Yes but can usually shift it again with a few days of being really strict.

Yes but you can just as easily lose it when you get back on the diet

Yep! Standard weekend for me. Managed to get down to 11.7 for an event Thursday, Friday morning I'm 11.11.

I'll be 11.12 tomorrow morning but by calorie counting I'll be down to 11.6 ready for another event Friday!

Yep really easy. This weekend I went for afternoon tea yesterday, too much alcohol so I've had toast for brekkie and some pick & mix at the cinema but then had a sensible lunch & tea I'll have easy put on 3lb but it will be off by next fri for me to put on again over the weekend 😀

If you eat two tubes of Pringles on a Saturday night you’ll gain about 6 pounds! It’s likely water retention

It won't be all fat. Depending on how mad you went, about 1lb will be fat. The rest will likely be food weight & water retention. Drink all the water.

Let’s hope I still lose weight this week then!
