Hi essbee - don't panic it's just holiday weight! Whenever this happens to me I miss out carbs just at lunch time, so have soup but no bread, salad with chicken or tuna. Also cut out snacks and drink lots of water. Do this for a bit but don't forget to treat yourelf. Good luck

Don't worry - its just the result of a relaxing holiday - you'll lose it fine - you're thin as a rake anyway!!!! I would join you on the detox and will join you in spirit no problem, but defo NOT in body!!! DD is having major teething/insecurity/i-don't-know-what traumas at the moment and I'm planning to buy myself a truckload of choc at Asda this evening to get through it!!!
