Slimming world? Weight watchers? 5:2? My fitness pal? Clean eating?

I have a very stubborn stone and a half to shift and I just can't seem to get it away!

For anyone that's followed weight loss programmes before can you give me the pros/ cons for the programme you followed and your recipe to go along please?!
