Please can I join?

I don't have a great deal to lose (somewhere between 7-10lbs at a guess but haven't been weighed in ages!) but I'm struggling to get my head in the game to get it off!

Might help if I need to come back here Smile

I'll post my weight too.
I know it has recently gone back up due to a twin pregnancy, but I'm no longer pregnant so no excuse to be fat.

I’ll join you - I have 5 stone to lose to get to a weight I am happy with but 3 would put me in the ok range for BMI. My first goal is to lose another 8llbs to get myself into the overweight bmi category. Have been low carbing and no sugar (not religiously but where I can) have lost a stone so far.

Yes. I'm already down 1.5 stones with another 3 to go.

I'm Cc, walking, no days off and just getting on with it. Planning in starting the gym soon.

Language one stone down is fantastic. I have been feeling so unmotivated lately but I really must deal with my weight. It's making me feel really unhappy. Tomorrow's the day!

What's everyone planning?

'Simple' healthy eating? Specific diet? Upping the exercise?

Fantastic losses language and nonot

Like dream I've been really unmotivated, depressed and in a slump.
I have a lovely personal trainer friend who gives me support and exercises that are suitable for my issues, but ive been completely ignoring his advice lately! He keeps messaging me to check up on me, but he also knows ive had a lot on so feels bad pestering me i think. (He does it free for me)

Letshaveanothergo my plan is to stop the constant eating of sweet/junk food. I'm aiming for three sensible meals a day of normal portion size.

Dream , I went in the scales and to my utter horror I was the biggest I've ever been. Never felt so disgusted with myself. Completely my own fault. I've eaten and drank like a pig this whole year. No reason other than I didn't give a fuck. I've given myself until Xmas to lose this weight. It's coming off slowly, but I am determined to do it.

Anyone fancy joking forces on my fitness pal or Fitbit? Let me know

My plan is simply to calorie count and up the exercise.
Im considering 5:2 or similar though...

I'm kinda following RH fitness, but not entirely. I haven't managed to do the 15k steps a day. Given up all chocolates, sweets and fizzy drinks.

Nonotmenori I think that I'm the fattest I've ever been. I really do not know my weight but I'm guessing around 11.5 stone. I will know in the morning. I feel so huge, all my excess weight is hanging round my middle. I waddle.

I’m in. I want to lose 44lbs. I started four weeks ago and have lost 6.4lbs. Slowly but surely (hopefully). I’m calorie counting and exercising.
I’ve promised myself a new coffee maker for Christmas if I have lost 16lbs by then.

Good luck everyone one.

(I work in a nursery, my room leader also happens to be deputy manager. We have a cupboard full of goodies in our kitchen area!)

Think I'll try and cut out the junk food! And get some more exercise done Grin
I go back to work in a week after maternity leave (not looking forward to it but that's another thread!) and I'm hoping the structure of the day will help, it's too easy to have my hand stuck in the biscuits when I'm at home all day.
