I came on my monthlys on friday, on time but much much lighter than usual very light and its literally lasted just 2 days. (i'm normally around 4-5).
I have lost 2st this year through diet and workouts 5-days a week but the last month i have increased due to a plateu. so i have altered my diet, used the app myfitness pal and started swimming at 6am and working out in the evening doing cardio or yoga and weights, maybe this has made it lighter?
I'm deffo not pregnant, but has anyone else experienced this on their weightloss journey? xx
