Stuck in a rut - what to try?

Hello!
I'm a serial dieter - I've tried most things and I've fallen into some really bad habits and my most recent fail was falling into a well known MLM trap and I just need some help or guidance on the best way to go forward - I have a form of arthritis that can make daily exercise difficult, i wondered if anyone can help recommend a plan or method that will help me lose weight but won't restrict me so much that I binge or feel horrendous from lack of calories!

I've done SW/WW - I have awful issues with binge eating and I'm finding it difficult to know what to do xx

Look up Team RH fitness. It's working for me after years of yo-yo dieting on SW/WW/JP etc

The only diet that worked for me was given to me by a personal trainer that was paid by results. (It was at a private gym and the trainers only got bonus and promotions if clients lost weight).

4 meals a day, each consisting of:

  1. 30g of protein (which works out at about 125g potion meat or fish, or a scoop of whey protein)
  2. 200g of non-starchy veg (e.g mixed salad, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepper etc.)
  3. 10g fat (cube of cheese, 10ml olive oil, 1 egg, half small avocado, 20g 70% chocolate etc)

3 meals were lean protein (chicken breast, white fish, very lean mince etc) and one meal was fatty protein (steak, lamb, fatty fish etc).

You could also have one piece of fruit a day.

It got a bit boring and repetitive after a while because I didn’t think about making recipes, I just assembled protein, veg and fat on my plate (or Tupperware box). However it was very filling and once I got into it, easy to follow. It’s only diet that’s ever worked for me. (I was also weightlifting 3 x 45mins a week) so as soon as my kitchen is sorted in 2 weeks I’m going back on it.
