Recipe to use double cream

Not sure how I managed to order a small (170ml) tub of double cream in my online shop.
I'm on a diet, just calorie counting and trying to stick under 1,200 class a day.

Any idea what recipes I can use the cream for which won't be crazy fattening?
I don't like food waste so would like to use it up, but I realise it's not the most diet friendly ingredient!
