Lost 6 stones in the last 2.5 years. Healthy lifestyle, kind of low GI, no industrial products and no sugar. Lots of sport. Never felt better. In the last month I have started to eat all sugary snack again, etc...so so annoyed. Can't stop ☹️. Any wise words welcome. Thank you

It is only the beginning of a slide so you can turn it around. Make a list of all the positives in your life since your weight loss and lifestyle change (fantastic results!). You sound like you have lost motivation, do you have a friend you could be accountable to? Or new exiting goals that are not about food? Food tracking has been shown to be the #1 successful way to maintain weight loss. Use MFP and record what you eat and plan enjoyable meals so you don't fall off the wagon. Have you had a recent health check up to make sure there is no medical reason you are craving sugar? Too little protein can result in sugar craving so make sure you are eating plenty of protein.

Thank you. No I have never had a health check since my weight loss. I have a running goal which is helping. You are right, I will log everything again on MFP. Thank you !!

I have had to admit I cannot eat sugar without having highs and lows. If I do not have much I am fine but as soon as I allow cakes, sweets etc I crave more. “A little of what you fancy” does not apply to me and I am an all or nothing person.
