I am the same height and weight as you and desperately want to make a change. I have lots about half a stone veeeery slowly by making small changes but need to be more proactive! My stomach is the worst, three babies hasn't helped I have no muscle tone at all
I have recently committed to a small running club in August to try and help too!
As someone who was a similar weight, the good news is you really don't need to lose that much. A stone would make a massive difference. What kind of food do you like, what do you think has got you overweight? I'm slowly losing weight at around one pound a week. I was 12 stone when I started and I'm just about 11 now. First thing you need to do though is go easy on yourself. You're not disgusting.
