Feel utterly disgusted with myself I've gained around half a stone in a 2 weeks going from 10 1/2 stone to 11 I look horrible and bloated finished for holidays last week and my have I went for it with the food and alcohol got an event this Sat is there anyway from then till now I could drop even a couple of pounds to kick start getting this half a stone off I have ate crap today again can anyone help
Go carb free! No alcohol either. Have omelettes and meat and salad (no ready made dressings - just use olive oil or mayo). You will feel much lighter by the weekend and the bloat will disappear. Nuts are good too. And cheese. Just no booze, sugar, bread, pasta, rice, noodles, cake, biscuits etc If you need a bit of sugar have raspberries.
