Hi ladies, Im a typical pear shape. I carry all my weight on arse and thighs and now its summer I need to do something about it. Chub rub and not being able to wear short shorts is my motivation.
Im 5ft and weigh 10st 2 , im over weight.
Im a size 8-10 on top and 12-14 on the bottom!!!!!!!!!!
Waist is 29 inch. not measure thighs but they big.
Any hints or exercise tips, i work part time office job sitting down, i have a 5 year old and can'r joint gym as my partner works shifts.
I've just got zumba for wii fit, im vegetarian don't eat much anyway so cutting calories I can't ever lose weight it must be physical. My diet is OK i probably eat to much potato so trying to cut that down.
What exercise can you recommend for me to do at home. THANKS
