17st 2lbs - 5'4. size 20. Shins filling out straight leg jeans. Depressed - hate myself for being so weak. love love love sugar and carbs - not into big portions at all but love the wrong stuff esp biscuits. Any advice on which diet to try?
I follow slimming world which has given me great results over the years. But! Just because I'm allowed unlimited free foods (potatoes , rice , pasta included ) I don't take advantage of that. I make sure my potion sizes are right. I find it's best for cooking for the family too.
