Im 13stone. Ive maintained that for months. I run 5k twice a week and yoga once a week.. run after kids and work part time in a busy job so always on the go. I must over eat so much to not be losing weight.. i just cant seem to control my food intake! What can i do barr wiring my jaw shut!?
Do you track your macros? You may need to up your protein. You could also try adding another activity into the mix. I used to run 3x a week but hit a plateau. I didn't loose any more weight until I took up kickboxing and started lifting weights.
