Me too! I’m going to try and low carb but the emphasis is going to be - only eat at meal times. No excuses.
- drink water. Drink water. Drink water.
- have half a plate of veg/salad, meal on the other half.

I'm in, have 3+ stone to lose, and also plan to eat less, (esp carbs and chocolate) and exercise more. Need some people to keep me accountable. Will probably use mfp to try to keep more on track with my eating.

Can I join please? I was going to start today but I got in from work and scoffed a load of biscuits. I need to give myself a shake. I have 3 stone to lose but I'm still breastfeeding DD so want to do it sensibly by cutting out sugary snacks and upping exercise.

Can I join please? Have been trying to loose weight since beginning April and going to the gym lots. Thought I wasn’t doing too badly until I caught sight of myself in a mirror trying on a dress (too small). I look like miss piggy. Ended up sobbing at husband that I need help! Have family event in a month that I am determined to have lost 1/2 a stone for although overall aim is 1.5 stones

I work from home and just cannot stay out of the kitchen. It's just a distraction from work but I am eating way to much. Must stop. Friday weigh in sounds good. I think I would like to lose 3 stone
