How did you lose weight- What worked for you? I have the cliche pouch and after a giant last child a super stretched skin, tbh if I didn’t have this I’d be ok, but it looks bloody awful and turning 40 soon heading on girls holiday abroad I want to do something about it
People are polite but surprised by my stomach because ‘you’re so fit’ (it’s all relative I guess)
I honestly have little time to do more exercise, I am fit having recently trained for events, and enjoy it but work and childcare position means I only have about 5-6 hours sleep as it is- to give you an idea on time issue
So- I eat well, and exercise 1 x cardio and 1 x weight bear session a week, try and do 8-10k steps a day, and can’t wedge more in,
How can I lose weight & tone?.... I am about 10st and I want to be at 8.5 ideally in 4 weeks- I know that will make sag worse but at least thinner?
I don’t eat dairy or bread or pasta now, so processed carbs are relatively limited
I do eat a bit of something sweet each day like 1 biscuit etc but surely dropping the 100 cal a day on that won’t do it?
I drink usually 2-3 glasses of wine a week unless an event. This is only vice
Would I be as well doing Cambridge etc?
