Tips to loose the baby weight!

Help! Had a baby 5 weeks ago and I've still got a stone to loose. Put on 4 stone in pregnancy but had a huge baby and came out of hospital with a stone and a half to loose. Managed to loose half a stone in 5 weeks which I'm disappointed about as naively thought would drop off.

I'm struggling to cook with a baby that won't really be put down so finding myself not eating anything at all some days. Trying to remember to drink water as also getting to the end of the day and thinking I've not actually had a drink. I need some ideas that I can do whilst looking after DS.

What can I do to budge the baby podge?

Watching with interest, my little one is 6 weeks on Monday and I'm the same, some days I don't manage to eat til the evening or I'll grab junk

Please stop worrying about this so soon after having a baby. Wait at least 6-9 months. Your body has gone through massive upheaval and needs nourishment to heal and return back to normal.
