I need to loose around 5 stone - my appearance doesn't concern me but I want to be healthier for my son. I really really love food, especially junk food and I hate exercise (I know )
Would 5:2 work and be sustainable? If not any other advice? I've tried weight watchers and slimming world but I find them too much effort
