Anyonw wanting to make a fresh start??

I have tried and failed at just about every diet there is. I am going round in circles and I am miserable. I am also the heaviest I have ever been. I am thinking that I need to draw a line and start tomorrow not on a 'diet' but just healthy eating, taking in less calories than I burn and just sort myself out once and for all.

Anyone want to join me?
