I started the plan a couple of years ago but didn't complete it (for reasons to do with me rather than the plan itself) but for the 7-8 weeks that I did do it, I definitely worked. I dropped weight and my fitness improved but I've really let myself go recently so I'd like to try again. I signed up again and from what I can gather the plan has had a bit of a revamp so it will be interesting to see what it's like now.
@whereiscaroline yep! I'm currently on Day 4 of week 1. So far, so good 😊 Feeling better mentally for taking control of my health and my weight again mostly and the plan is definitely more refined that than when I first signed up 3 years ago. Absolutely determined to graduate this time!
I just looked at it, but i think i'd struggle on the cooking front, i don't get home until late and i HATE cooking with a passion, have zero interest in trying new recipes so it might be wasted on me Shame as i love Joe!
