Thinking of doing the F45 8 week challenge. I already train with them, so it would just mean following the diet plan. Has anyone else following an extreme diet like this? I'm nervous about the prospect of it!
I know the first week is almost over! I am just at the end of week 1 and have lost 8lbs this week- I know some will be water weight and I know it’s really hard but I am over the no sugar and no dairy and I am feeling really good!
Hi did you stick to the F45 diet? I am going to start this next time it comes round in Feb but I am currently looking at the maintenance plan and am a little confused. It says that females should eat 1300 calories per day but the daily menus add up to loads more than that Any advice out there? I don't seem to be able to find a forum either
