I was wondering whether any of you know of any products or home remedies to help with back sweating. Since being on Sertraline I have noticed that I sweat way more than usual, to the point that if I go for a walk, even when it was snowing, I'd end up stripping down to my t-shirt as my top half gets boiling. It was kind handy in the winter though as I didn't need to get a winter coat 😊
Now the weather is getting nicer, I want to get back into doing exercise and trying to start running. I walk to work in the mornings, wearing different clothes, but end up with sweat patches down the back of my vest top which makes me self conscious. I wouldn't mind if it was after a 10k run or something, but it's only a 25minute walk.
I've tried spraying deodorant on my back but that doesn't really help. Has anyone got any other suggestions please? I will be speaking to the doctor about it next time I see her, but that probably won't be for a month or so.
Thanks for any help
