Dear all,
Just ended bad relationship, now just looking after my kids and trying to stay afloat! I could easily go most of day without food, then eat my hearty dinner late after they go to bed. I then take a look at my reflection and I look humongous. I’m 14 stone, 5ft 6. Is there anything you’d recommend to get me going? I rarely drink water so that’s my first thought.....I just want to see some change.....
