I’m eating healthy, exercising more, cut out snacks etc but I’m still gaining weight and pretty quickly too. A stone in a month!
This has been going on since my dose of citalopram was upped about 5 months ago. My Dr has now swapped me over to fluexotine.
I don’t know what else I can do to lose weight and I’m pretty scared about the rate in which I am gaining.
