I've been carrying an extra half stone since my holiday this time last year. I keep doing a halfhearted effort and Lasting just a day or two.
Anyone want to join me for a bit of accountability?
Here's why I want to lose weight:
- all my clothes feel better
- all my clothes look better
- I sleep better
- I have more energy
- it makes me happy
- Ir makes me healthy
- it sets a good example to my daughter.
Re the last one pre children I was 6 atone overweight. I can see some of those bad habits coming back at the moment and really really don't want her to pick up on them.
What am I going to do?
- fill in and stick to mfp
- restart c210k and run 3 times per week.
