I'm on week 10 of step 2 and being strict about it.
I started off losing 5lbs or 4lbs a week but for the last three weeks I've only lost 1lb.
I'm still 17lbs off goal weight and have lost nearly 2 stone (3lbs away from it)
I'm thinking of doing something else as this is costing me £50 a week roughly so for £150 I've got a 3lb loss and it just doesn't seem worth it for how restrictive the diet is.
Has anyone been in a. Similar position?
Any advice ?
Should I give it more time or change to something else?
My consultant has suggested putting me up to step 3 for the next week as she thinks my body might now be holding onto everything.
Just to add, the 17lbs I need to lose until my goal weight just puts me at the top of 25bmi.
I'm Currently 28bmi
I'm 5ft 4 and a pear shape.
My latest measurements are 31" waist and 43" hips
