What’s the healthiest thing to order from an Indian restaurant, please?

Family get-together coming up soon, and the plan is to all get a takeaway curry in the evening.

I am trying to be good: eat less, exercise more, and thus lose weight; but I don’t want to draw attention to that fact and thus face the endless questions about what diet I’m following, how I’m doing, etc.

What can I order that is fairly low calorie/healthy but won’t draw undue attention to the fact, please?!

A tomato based dish dish rather than a cream based dish.

Skip the bhajis and naans. Aloo dishes shouldn't be too bad.

Tarka dhal - just a simple red lentil dish - should be relatively healthy option.

Sag aloo or sag paneer - spinach dishes should be good.

V small portion of rice and no bread or fried extras.

What about tandoori Chicken with rice and dhal? The tandoori is quite dry so it might draw attention of you eat it plain with no been bread or sauces.

I’d go for tikka and rice or tandoori chicken and rice, just say you felt a bit unwell yesterday so trying to eat stuff not too rich so you don’t upset your stomach if any one questions it
