Calories on bag of frozen chips

I have these chips in the freezer, but can't work out if the 100g of chips is frozen or cooked weight. It says cooked as per instructions in brackets, but think that might just mean that's what the nutrition will be of 100g of frozen chips cooked as instructed.

Anyone have an idea?

I would take that to mean 100g from the freezer, will probably only be 50/60 when cooked
