Just wondered if anyone knows whether 10/15 minutes of fairly intense exercise each day will be enough to lose weight or at least tone up.
Finding it impossible to fit in exercise at the minute. When DD does nap I'm running round trying to the clean house, make meals, shower etc. The only way I feel I could do it was to exercise every day but just for 10 minutes before my shower. Has anyone else found this has or hasn't worked?
I am not really overweight and have lost a lot of my baby weight. I think from a mixture of bf and luck. I am now about a 12 (use to be a 10/12). However I feel a lot more 'wobbly' and I am going on holiday in a couple of month so would really like to feel more confident. Sorry I know this is a silly first world problem
