How many points do you get for WW?

I'm having a really hard time sticking to mine, although I'm sure I probably get a normal amount; 23 Only done it for three days but I'm starving. Did anyone else struggle the first few days?

I currently follow this plan and get 23 per day but I'm doing good on it and don't feel too hungry most days
