I have a lot to lose and I’ve tried and tried over many years. I really want to just go for it and this week I’ve been pretty good. I’ve lost 6lbs but don’t want to tell people in real life. I’m really pleased though and wanted to tell some one!
Smiled I’ve mainly cut out bread which I think is my main downfall. With bread also goes the butter that goes on the bread. I’m cutting out carbs a bit too, so having salads for lunch rather than a sandwich / pasta / potato.
howlong it’s taken a while to get my head in the right place and it’s felt hopeless for a long time. I think that’s why I don’t want to announce it IRL as I just want to quietly get on with it. You’ll get there. I found making one change (bread) really helped this week.
