Has anyone done either of those exercise programmes? I bought MutuMamas after dd2 was born. I need to lose about 15kg so thought about starting it again. I have also joined the BodyBoss facebook group and like the support community.
I also imagine that the BodyBoss programme is tougher and perhaps more effective.
Any advice?

I’m starting the Bodyboss plan tomorrow! Bought the book as a PDF for 99p off eBay. I like how it’s all laid out and I’m looking forward to starting
