I've got around 100lb to lose
I'm trying to be reasonable low carb without going crazy. But I've been struggling with this because I like to eat a lot of fruit. This is partly to stop me having unhealthy snacks and also because I have IBS and need a lot of fibre.
On a normal day I'll usually have an apple, a pear, a plum and often some berries. I try to avoid grapes and bananas because of sugar. I'll often have an orange etc as well. On top of that I'm having tons of veg, but trying to stick to the lower carb stuff.
Is the fruit going to hamper weight loss? I'm calorie counting and staying within my limit, but I'm over my target of 90g carbs every day. Should I ditch the fruit for something even more low carb? If I do that, what is the best way to add fibre to my diet?
Thanks for the help!
