Sorry if this has already been said but I hate the flex plan - too much like SW for me which has never worked for me (I need to watch my calorie intake).

Is anyone doing the Old propoints? That always worked so well for me in the past.

I only just started back last night, but as far as I can tell, the only difference is that fish and chicken and pulses are now 0 points, so it encourages higher protein intake - everything else is still counted the same way, isn't it?

Is it? I seem to have eaten all my points already today. Will read up on it properly, I just found the other one so easy.
