I have excluded fish and meat from my diet since my teens, also exclude eggs, but do eat cheese.
Approaching 50, and the weight is piling on and nothing I do seems to shift it. I am wondering if eating fish will help reduce my carb intake, but also keep me feeling satisfied for longer? Can't contemplate meat yet.
