Someone I know has just completed this, and his results on Facebook are extraordinary.

Does anyone know anything about this program or have tried it?

I need desperately some inspiration to kick me into gear in the New Year. This, or something else?

Steer clear. I believe it's connected to Herbalife which is an MLM selling supplements, shakes etc and relies on sellers recruiting other sellers etc.
Google Herbalife - they're pretty controversial. The only people i know who have done it also happen to be Herbalife devotees.

Another money scam don’t go there

a pal of mine has done it, she looks fucking FABULOUS. Think she said it was about £120 or something.

She is not trying to recruit people, she just looks amazing and had 3 months off booze and rubbish food. Some of the photos on the site look photoshopped to me, they've overnipped in the waists of some in the after photos, My friends is real (that said she's a yoga teacher and was starting from a slim and fit if a bit bloated base)

I have signed up for this. Its not herbal life connected, they recommend you take supplements but not just herbal life (fibre and cod liver oil) its a clean eating and exercise diet plan. No booze and no sweeteners sugars etc. I know 2 people who have done it and the losses and results are amazing, they don't need to Photoshop ! its £100 and you get support and meal plans and exercise plans you need to complete.

ah, my mate is looking ripped on it, no mention of the drugs, she's shared photos and said to people to do the programme / inc a link but is absolutely not selling it or setting up any kind of pyramid scheme!

I am looking to do this plan and contacted them about Herbalife, it is not compnnected but some people use it on the plan.
You can do it all food though which I would prefer.

Im nearly at the end of this. It’s 90 days of clean eating and work out challenges. It’s great and you get lots of support. I did the full food version and have not had any herbal life and wasn’t pressured into having any at all. You choose the option you want. It’s not a pyramid scheme either. You either want to do it or don’t. Your choice, you dot have to sell anything. I have had amazing results. For the first time in many years I have abs! I’m not gonna lie though it can be tough. It depends what you want and how committed you are! I would recommend it.

Hi ... I appreciate this is an old thread and conversation however this review has been causing a lot of unnecessary problems. Let me be clear as the Founder of the programme. The Six Pack Revolution has no affiliation or anything to do with the company called Herbalife or any other company for that matter and is certainly not an MLM company either and would appreciate it if you removed this completely wrong and misleading information. We are a wonderful programme that achieves amazing results for people all over the world and changes lives for the better .

Thank you in advance for removing this post now that you have the 100% truth and correct information.

Kindest Regards Scott x

Oh and to also be clear we have NEVER photoshopped any photos. Please go to Trust Pilot and Facebook to read honest reviews from people that have actually done the programme and not these others spouting lies about something they haven’t even taken part in!

Thanks again

Good for you Scott! I just came across this thread as was googling SPR to buy a shaker.... to be clear folks I have just completed the September wave. All of the negative comments are utter BS.... if you don’t have all the facts - which you won’t unless you have done the programme don’t fill other peoples heads with lies and mumbo jumbo.
I can confirm, it is not connected to Herbalife, this is one of the suggested protein shake options along with others, also the results are beyond amazing -there is not need for the pictures to be photoshopped.

Hello, I'm not sure why you think this but I'm afraid you're mis-informed. I have completed six waves of the six pack revolution and can confirm that at no stage is anyone encouraged, nor persuaded to use any particular brand of supplement, including herbalife. There are four types of programme that you can do; full food, supplements and food, vegan/vegetarian full food, vegan/veg supplements and food. At no stage are people steered towards a particular brand or company- they're merely informed of the macros that are required in any given supplement, if indeed they chose to use supplements for convenience. The programme is superb and the results that you see are as a result of perfect nutrition, consistency and hard work. It is possible for anyone to achieve these results if they merely have the persistence to do so. I have a four and a half month old baby and my results can be seen on my instagram (jen.frost87_spr) as well as a testimonial that will be coming out on the website shortly. I have to say that it is a shame to see people commenting in this manner when they've no knowledge or experience of the programme. It seems small minded to me but then I guess everyone is different. The results speak for themselves and it is a truly life changing programme in more ways than one. If you've experienced the programme first hand for yourself then by all means, review it to the hill. If you've not then I suggest you reserve judgement and only comment upon facts. Kind regards, Jen

Rubbish. I completed the March wave and I lost 2 1/2 stone and dropped 2 dress sizes. I want to loose a further one and a half so have just enrolled onto the September wave. But this plan isn’t about weight loss it’s about changing your relationship with food. I have to be careful with what I eat as it can react with my colitis but the food recipes are tasty and fresh and clean and no supplements, just fresh food. Dietary choices are considered and catered for ie vegans and vegetarians. I have never felt so good as I did whilst on plan and have carried it on through the maintenance plan as the health benefits for me have been grand, i look and feel fantastic and have been so pleased with the results. Took a couple of weeks to get into the swing of it but after that it was so easy to follow. I’m not going to lie, you have to be committed, you have to stick to it and there is no cheating. For me it became second nature. You are fully supported the whole way through. Honestly look at the results on fb. They are not lying. It’s been that good that I’ve convinced my husband to do September with me. I’m 50 this year and it has changed my life. To all the doubters out there don’t judge it unless you’ve tried it. I can’t see how anyone can be disappointed

I’ve just read through this thread and wanted to echo what the later posters have said.

I have never been one to follow an exercise and diet programme in the past but this is different. It is more of a lifestyle plan than simple calorie counting and has completely changed how I think about food.

I think it is unfair for someone to make a judgement about something they have not actually done. Perhaps try it and then you will be entitled to comment!

It is hard work but the support you get is fantastic and at 2/3 of the way through a 75 day programme my visible results are astonishing. I’ve had many comments from friends asking if I’ve lost weight. More important than how I look, I feel so much healthier and fitter and believe that I can maintain this long term.

Hi there

I’m doing the programme now and it’s NOT connected to herbal life at all. It’s a fantastic programme I’m one month into my 75 days and the food, exercise and group support is amazing. X

I would like to point out that if you question anything you're told you have the wrong mindset.
The owner believes that being rude and being truthful are the same thing and can be incredibly condescending.
