I was sat in traffic for about 20 minutes starting at this poster on a bus shelter of a mountain of profiteroles. Now I want them all.

You should not starve. If you do, then you tend to binge eat what you crave for.

I would eat biscuits especially the choclate cookies from M&S as I love them.

I would usually eat this. It’s just I’m nowhere near the Diner at the moment, and whatever they put in their sauce is basically crack....

I'm eating low carb, so don't feel starving at all. And I can eat most of the things I really like cheese. Dinner will be a lovely creamy beef curry with veg. Yum!
