Yoga has helped my back pain. I go to a group, but online I would recommend yoga with Adrienne on YouTube. She specifically does one called ‘yoga for back pain’ or something but you don’t need to limit yourself to that necessarily. I would also recommend seeing a physio. I have lower back pain but the physio showed me that the issue was actually with my mid back (which was creating pain lower down). Good luck!
Man, I loved my physio but we are so skint I can’t afford her right now. I’m actually saving to get a private postnatal assessment in January but need to start doing the right thing now, back is so twangy.
