Losing weight

I'm desperate to lose weight; I walk about 10 miles a day and only ate a handful of pistachios a day for last 6 long will it take to be skinny?

All serious. I don't feel like eating and just eat the nuts for energy.

I feel you are overdoing it on the handful of nuts. I suspect your hands are too big. Cut down to half a handful every other day and up your exercise to 20 miles twice a day. That should see you a few pounds down by Christmas.

Migraleve.. I know it sounds crap but I've been very fat for a long time and
Just lost a huge amount of weight doing that and I'm worried about eating more
