Started last week struggled but did stick to my 30 points didn't use all my weekly and didn't use any of my activity points but only lost 2.5 now with these new changes I'll only have 23 points per day. I feel hungry most days
2.5lb is a good loss for one week. Can you speak to your consultant?
How have you dailies gone from 30 down to 23 with only a 2 1/2 loss? I have 30 dailies & 35 weeklies to use 2 1/2 pounds is a good loss - expect to lose about a pound a week.FWIW I am 14st 2 1/2 pounds too if that helps with you trying to work out what you should be having.
I'm struggling with the new flex plan as well OP. I've gone from 42 to 32

If you were hungry, why didn't you use your weeklies? They're there to be eaten.
