Hi all, I've a bit shy of two stone since the summer. But still struggling with the, well flab on my tummy!
I'm a typical apple so always carry it here but also notice it around my back for the first time, so tight tops are a no-no.
I'm aiming to get down to 9stone, I'm 5foot do know that's still heavy but really don't think I could maintain lower. Also at 42 I prefer some weight on my face.
Any tips for fighting the flab?! X
