However you lose it/maintain it, at what weight are you happiest/looking and feeling your best? I'm 5 ft 5 and feel best at about 9 stone 4. I'm currently 9 stone 8 though.

I’m also 5’5 and have a similar happy weight although I’m still happy up to 9st 7lb. I usually bob along at 9st 9/10lb though and have to make an effort to get it down a few pounds. I have a small frame so I always look quite curvy at that weight.

fishonabicycle Mon 13-Nov-17 08:41:41

I'm small - 5'1" and happy at 46.5 kilos. Not sure what that is in pounds ...

trumptown Mon 13-Nov-17 08:46:23

Bluesheep I'm the same height as you and same happy weight, anywhere between 9 stone 2 and 9 stone 4 is my usual. I don't like going above that but sometimes do after a weekend away go up a bit. A couple of days back to normal and I'm back to my happy weight.

CwtchMeQuick Mon 13-Nov-17 08:49:09

Same height as you and I’m currently 8stone9/10. Feel best 9stone5-7 so I’m trying to put a few pounds on

MrsPussinBoots Mon 13-Nov-17 08:51:16

I’m 5ft4 and feel best at 8 stone. Currently at 9st.

Anything with a 10 in it. I am 3 feet tall

GaryBarlowsTaxReturn Mon 13-Nov-17 08:57:09

I'm 5'5 and my happy weight is 9 stone. Currently 9 stone 3 so am getting there! Weight been bobbing about between 9 stone 6 and 9 stone 12 since I had my baby 2 years ago.

5’4” happy weight 8st 10. Currently 9st 10. It all sits around my middle and back so really obvious.

anon97528996 Mon 13-Nov-17 09:03:31

I’m 5’8 and happiest at 9 stone 3 with a lot of muscle - currently about 9 stone 10 with less muscle due to a lazy summer and creeping bad habits. Hoping I can sort it for Christmas so I can start the new year without too much work to do grin

lils888 Mon 13-Nov-17 09:06:00

5ft3, curvy figure and my happy weight is 9 stone however maintaining that is a bitch.

My accepted weight is 9 stone 8 at most.

Currently at 10 stone 2 after having ds3 and eating peanut butter m&ms to get me through the sadness grin

Elllicam Mon 13-Nov-17 09:09:03

I’m 5’4 and my happy weight is about 9 stone. I’m currently 9 stone 8 after 3 big babies in 5 years (and eating a ton of chocolate over Christmas, easter, Halloween, breakfast...)

EverythingEverywhere1234 Mon 13-Nov-17 09:34:34

I'm 5'8.5" and am happiest at about 10st7, any less and I look gaunt. Am currently 11st9, but am happy here too. Not fat but a little better covered than I need to be

LemonysSnicket Mon 13-Nov-17 09:37:49

5'4 and 8 stone is my happy weight - currently around 8st 7lb and it give me a little belly

stevie69 Mon 13-Nov-17 09:40:04

I'm 5' 7" and my happy weight is 8 st 12lbs, which is where I am. Keeping there means I can slip into my work suits, rather than have them pinch a bit around the tum blush

Enb76 Mon 13-Nov-17 09:45:19

5' 8", when I was young my happy weight was 9.5st - a size 8. My body shape has changed now and I'm a happy 10 at 10st 2. I keep an eye though as anything above 10.5 means I go up a size and my 28w jeans are no longer so comfy.

Stansmith01 Mon 13-Nov-17 09:45:41

5 ft 6 and 8 st 7 lbs - I've lost so much weight due to stress/poor health and look very malnourished

Sodaface Mon 13-Nov-17 09:45:41

5ft8 and my happy weight is around 10.7 I look ill if I drop much below that. Currently 11.5... going down steadily.

milleniumhandandprawn Mon 13-Nov-17 11:31:26

I’m going to stick out like a sore thumb 😂
I’m 6ft and my happiest weight is anything below 12st - anything below 11.7 and I start looking gaunt.

I’m still bf-Ing dd and am having real difficulty summoning the motivation to lose my last stone of baby weight.
Having boobs that are either zeppelins or sad spaniels ears means I don’t feel great whatever I weigh right now!

badgerread Mon 13-Nov-17 11:39:04

I'm 5'3. My happy weight is 8'10 and I'm currently 9'10....

Yazoop Mon 13-Nov-17 12:50:56

I'm 5'9 and my ideal weight is 11 - 11.5 stone (BMI 23-24). This makes me about a 10 on top and 12 on bottom, and my body is slender and in proportion. It is also a weight I can maintain healthily, whereas trying to maintain below 11 stone means constantly battling myself, and in my opinion I don't look better for it.

I'm currently 13.5 stone (BMI 28) and a size 12 on top and 14 on the bottom. I'm down around 2 stone since April from my all time highest weight of 15.5 stone (BMI 32 shock). The weight slowly crept on me over a number of years without me really realising until it was too late, as I'm relatively tall and I gain weight fairly proportionately.

So I'm losing weight gradually and consistently to get back to my ideal range and hopefully it is then easy to maintain as all the habits are ingrained. I'm enjoying it so far smile. Hope to get to my target by spring 2018.

Threads like these are so interesting.

I’m 5ft 6ins and my happy weight is probably around 10st. However I’m currently 10st 13lbs...having started a weight loss mission at 14st 2lbs in March blush I hate writing that down.

So anyway, but the time I get to my happy 10st I’ll be over 4st down. I’m hoping to get there in a couple of months.

JohnnyUtahsWetsuit Mon 13-Nov-17 14:00:25

5’11 and my ideal weight is 11 to 11.5 stone. I’m ok up to around 12 stone though (currently just under that). I’m broad shouldered with size 7 - 8 feet, so a fairly big build.

I find it really hard to get below 11 stone. I have to do a lot of exercise and really watch my food intake and I just can’t be bothered anymore.

RaeCJ82 Mon 13-Nov-17 14:03:12

I’m 5’8 and am happy at 10 st 7lbs. I had DD 6 months ago and am 12 st at the moment!

ladylambkin Mon 13-Nov-17 14:05:48

I'm 5 7 and my happy weight is between 11 and 11 and a half stones. Currently 12 9 but was 15 5 in January so actually feeling quite happy now!
