What supplements do you take? Do you think they help? X

I’ll start

Omega 3 x2
Calcium with vit D
Women’s hormonal balance multivitamin

Berocca if I’m ill or run down

Think it has helped a little 😊

ive taken ginger capsules, they helped loads with my morning sickness, ive also tried psyllium husk for constipation and was very happy with the results, the best supplier i found was

I use fybogel once a week and a little flaxseed every day. I didn't get on with psyllium husk when I used it.

I have just started taking ginger as well as the peppermint oil, and added in green tea extract for weightloss and energy smile

i used to use fybogel it worked ok but not as good as psyllium for me, what does the flax seed do? i might give it a try, ive tried fennel seeds but not flax seed

Just a multivitamin and at this time of year vit D. I also take an iron supplement when needed as I've been anaemic in the past.
