Hi all,
I know there’s been threads on this before but I can’t find anything recent in this area.
I know this works as it’s worked for friends (male and female) who religiously so it every 4/5 months. You lose 6kilos in a week.
Anyone want to join me, starting tomorrow?
The rules and diet plan are here;

The diet was designed by doctors to help people lose weight (a stone) in a week.. which I really really need as I’ve just started a new job (after 6 weeks off which meant I was bored and ate loads) as none of my dresses fit!!

Count me in.. going to start Monday.
Do it fairly often . Really hard but it does work

Bostin Sat 11-Nov-17 13:16:32

I am very tempted. Have found a veggie version on online

Brilliant 😊 I did start it once then had to go away for work which scuppered things. Good luck and keep us posted on how you’re doing!

I'm up for starting Saturday!

MrsTaytodarling Sun 19-Nov-17 20:22:39

For those who have done it before, is it hard to keep the weight off when your done?

Florene Sun 19-Nov-17 20:30:27

@Boston Where is veggie version please? Can you post a link? Have you tried it?

I've tried this one without meat and it was a miserable egg-filled week!

Florene Sun 19-Nov-17 20:31:14

@Bostin Sorry, your name was auto-corrected....

Bostin Sun 19-Nov-17 21:25:36

It’s this one

I bottled it though when I realised how many eggs were involved. (I once did a 3 day egg fast and have never felt quite the same about eggs since)

Following. My (healthy) food shop comes in the morning but when that runs out I'll start this. Would love to know how you get on.

Florene Sun 19-Nov-17 21:44:32

Oooh, it's not as bad as it could be! Liking the avocado, cottage cheese and quorn hotdogs so think I will give it a go when I'm off work in a week's time 🍅🍳

FilledSoda Sun 19-Nov-17 21:54:24

I’m in , I like eggs and grapefruit and I’m desperate

Zazu44 Sun 19-Nov-17 22:20:43

I'm starting tomorrow so could definitely do with a buddy!

Had a black coffee and shopping for supplies today

pnutter Mon 20-Nov-17 11:56:24

Ive started today. Dry toast and black coffee had. Bought fruit eggs etc

pnutter Mon 20-Nov-17 12:03:52

2 stone to lose 😣 at least!

FilledSoda Mon 20-Nov-17 12:13:24

I've got all my supplies in now except the cabbage, I'm doing the veggie version.
Three different shops I had to go to.
M&S had no grapefruit and no cottage cheese so had to go to Tesco for those and then Holland & Barrett for the flax seeds , which were only available in a big bag.
Had my grilled tomato and dry toast and I'm looking forward to my fruit for lunch. I'm working on the assumption bananas aren't included so its berries, grapes, apple & orange I think.
I just can't fall off the wagon with this, it's just a week , I must have some bloody willpower , right ?

pnutter Mon 20-Nov-17 12:33:05

Only found 1 red grapefruit and 1 white (yuk) spinach tinned toms . Is any bread ok do you think? I have melon passion fruit pineapple satsumas and mango. Not a fruit fan but is only a week....hope i can do it....hope it works!

Zazu44 Mon 20-Nov-17 17:00:16

2 and a half stones for me pnutter! Think it's going to be tough 😢

pnutter Mon 20-Nov-17 17:25:31

Havent weighed myself..no scales at home I'll have to do that when in town. I just hope i can feel a difference in clothes.
Had to scramble 2 eggs instead of boil as my hob not working ! Starving now have had extra melon (failed already) 🤔

Zazu44 Mon 20-Nov-17 18:48:39

Day 1 done! thank goodness. The grapefruit really helped

FilledSoda Mon 20-Nov-17 20:09:16

Me too.
Feeling fine so far.
Early nights will help I think , the evenings are when I eat and drink everything I shouldn’t .

pnutter Tue 21-Nov-17 11:10:21

Still on it...tummy rumbling 🤣

dameglittersparkles Tue 21-Nov-17 12:28:49

I want to try this 😏

dameglittersparkles Tue 21-Nov-17 12:29:56

Does anyone think swapping salad for veg would help? 🙈🙈 I literally cannot put salad in my mouth unless it's dripping with calorific dressing
