Critique my days food

Im 5'3 and weigh 10st 11lb. I weighed myself at my dms yesterday and was shocked because I thought I was only about 10st 4. A healthy weight for me would be about 9st 10lb I think as I have the sort of face that gets gaunt if I drop below 10st

Today I had :

Porridge with a squirt of golden syrup (I need something sweet in porridge, is there anything less calories than syrup to put in?)

Wrap with turkey, red onions and spinach for lunch, no dressing

Jacket potato with tuna and a bit of salad cream for dinner

Does this sound OK? This is my first time actively trying to lose weight so any tips would be gratefully received

There’s no veg hmm Where’s your veg?

Calorie wise it’s about a 1000? A bit carby, Good carbs yes with the oats and potato but the wrap was just a white wrap?

I think the problem with it is you might get a bit hungry

Ha no I'm not hungry yet but I probably will be by bed! I will try to add more fruit and vegetables, thanks.

Not much protein, carb heavy, no veggies and not enough food. Eat twice as much of different stuff.

Banana in porridge, if you microwave it in porridge it turns slushy, mix it in, really sweetens it up!

Fruit and veg definitely missing!

You can sweeten your porridge with grated apple, chopped banana or strawberries or blueberries. A light dusting of cinnamon adds a sweet flavour, too.

Have scrambled eggs instead of porridge.

More protein and more veg throughout the day.

It did today! I ate it at 9 and usually at 11 I get a bit snacky and fancy a chocolate but resisted today

Also don't be tempted to make your porridge with water to reduce the calorie content. The milk is the nutritious and filling component.

At your tiny height I’d aim for 9stone to really put you into a healthy weight zone. Also add in more veggies into your diet plus a good 3ltrs of water. Slow and steady you’ll reduce your weight don’t forget to add in some steps a brisk walk each day does wonders for our well being
