Anyone fancy a November 30 day shred and 1200 calories?

I’m planning on doing this for November and hopefully shifting some weight and get healthier.
I’ve got other dvds too so might do some Davina or a run/walk if the weather is nice.
I want to eat better and include lots of veg and more water.
Would be good to have other people to chat to about it.

Yes I'll join you. I've been wanting to do the 30 day shred or maybe some Hiit, but I'll probably do shred as I've done it before. The weather is now turning so getting outside isn't as fun. I've been doing running after starting couch to 5k starting end August, and now am running 5k, but I know I need some other form of exercise. I still do a run when I can but yes I'd love to join you for November. That's a great challenge and the thread will give me motivation to keep on. Oh do already stick to 1200 calories so I'm with you, but I'll be upping my water intake this month.

I'll join you for 30DS (in fact I'm already 3 days in). I'm not going to calorie count, but it would do me good to cut down on snacks. So I'll have a go at that.

Great to have others joining in and well done for already starting!
I’m trying to eat healthily and not snack much but I haven’t been counting calories. I’m going to start using myfitnesspal to log my calories.
Would love to lose some weight by Xmas. 10lbs would be amazing. Let’s see.

My weight has crept up this year - I think I've put on about half a stone. I'd like to lose it again if possible.

I’m I’m i did the shred years ago and lost all my baby weight, managed to put on 2 stone over the last few years , am on my way to losing it, am doing SW and it’s working for me, but really need to start exercising again.
Are you guys having a rest day or 30 days straight?

I did shred a couple of years ago and I had rest days twice a week. I’ll do the same but go for long walks on those days.

The results after I had done 14 days of shred was amazing (about 2.5 weeks).

I'd love to jump in and join. I've done 2 weeks of beginner shred before, but have lost 2 stone since then. Mfp and 10k steps plus lots of cycling did that. I've crept up at least 1/2 a stone (daren't step on the scales but jeans getting v tight) since then.

Do I need to get the proper shred? I think I should. I zwift twice a week (hour on turbo trainer), so these can be my rest days. 1200 cals will get me back on track neatly too.

DS in 3 months and I’m ready to get fit again (no exercise for the entire pregnancy Blush). 1200 is probably a bit low due to BF and only 1 stone to lose, however I will join on the exercise! Star

I'd like to but:

  • I'm too scared! Have done it before and the results were superb but it bloody hurt. I know it's only 15 minutes but I used to feel like I was going to die.
  • I have no pelvic floor; star jumps were a nightmare.
  • H now works from home and when I last did it only I worked from home. I'd find it really off putting knowing he could hear me leaping about (only room with enough space is upstairs so it's really loud).
  • I don't think I own a sports bra any more.

Yes Tits, it’s the Jillian Michaels 40 day shred. I think it’s on YouTube but use any exercise you want, as others are.
Travelator start some pelvic floor exercises, buy a sports bra, and I’m sure your dh won’t be bothered or send him off in an errand or something Smile. You don’t have to do shred. Davina’s exercise dvds are fab and not as tough.

I don’t have any scales at the moment so will need to get some.

I bought a pilates DVD during the week and I just ordered the Shred so I would like to join you for November. I've got to level 2 a few times but I've never done the full 30 days and the last time I started the disc broke.

I've been sticking to 1200 cals for the last 4 weeks and have lost 12lb. I'm ready to add some exercise now as I need to start toning up a bit.

I can get Jillian Michaels beginners shred through my Sky box so might give it a go.

I'm in!
I've been doing MFP for the last few weeks so will carry on with that and will shred 3/4 times a week as I go to the gym too so can't do it everyday.
I don't weigh myself so no idea what I am/ what I'd like to be but I would like to drop a dress size. Is that achievable in a month?

I am in - although I think I have joined about 4 of these types of threads in the last month and keep mucking up! Had a big afternoon tea treat yesterday and apart from that haven't got masses on over the next few weeks so planning a sober November plus am planning on doing my first ever half marathon in February so training for that is starting and will do 30 day shred as well as all my other exercise - lost 2stone 9lbs in the last year but have managed to put back on 9lbs and am reskky annoyed with myself! Want those 9 and another 5 lb off!!
