I’m a petite 39 year old woman and have been putting on a lot of weight for the last 5 years(stress eating) but I’m it’s time for me to start looking after myself again. My legs are not too bad but my stomach looks like I have swollowed something big and very round. I know having stomach weight could be more dangerous too. I do have some health issues like Gerd and sinusitis which make me miserable and bloated. How can I start loosing weight slowly but steadily or do I need to go full on to tackle this ?I don’t want to do too much too soon as I know I will tire out and stop. Any good diets or excersises ? I also have 4dc so has to work around busy schedules.
