I'm just wondering, those of you who are sugar free, how much refined sugar do you tend to eat on a daily basis?
There are precious few foods in existence with absolutely no sugar whatsoever so Sugar Free is a bit of a misnomer, however when I went 'Low Carb' I took on no more than 20g of carbohydrates in total from all foods per day and lost weight.
I guess I'm talking about grams of added refined sugar. I'm not too fussed about the carb content of foods.
