I did the blood sugar diet early this year and managed a good six weeks, losing about a stone and a half. I then got a stomach bug and spent three days being sick, which knocked me off track.
Since then all I've done is eat and eat. It's definitely emotional bingeing. I'd really love some help with how to make myself start again just on a healthy eating path, and not derail.
