Been doing Cambridge on and off for while, I started Jan just gone and did really well , but I got clever adding in bits here and there, loosing the restraint a bit, bit by bit I just wasn't doing it anymore. Iv only got about two stone to go , but would be happy with one , I keep trying to do it but don't even make a full day. I was doing so well and felt great and proud , so why carnt I do it now? May be my head has to much going on

Check out the low carb boot camp thread on here. I've tried various diets in the past but I have found low carb is the only sustainable one because I can still eat interesting things and not feel hungry.

Well give the low carb high fat a try. I couldn't do it before this because I constantly wanted to eat. In my experience ditching carbs stops this constant desire to eat.

Another one saying try low carb, it really does take away that constant urge to eat.

Try slimming world. I know a lot of people don’t like it but it’s the least restrictive ‘diet’ you will come across so perfect for low will power

Just saw your other thread about the critical, judging boyfriend.

You could lose him?

I know where you are coming from op.
I'm still trying to decide of I'm a food addict, or a comfort eater or what. But what I've learned is that if I have low carb, I don't get the peaks in blood sugar, then the craving. Michel Mosley explains it well in Blood Sugar Diet, is about 99p on Amazon.
So when I low carb, high fat, my cravings 90 % disappear.
The other thing I find really helps is my fitness pal app, really easy to use, really really supportive. Something about it keeps me really accountable.
I've struggled with weight all my life, and this seems to be a breakthrough
Best of luck

What Ohyes said. I'm amazed at my cravings dropping on LCHF.
